Returns & Exchanges

At KOOKAÏ, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns within 21 days of delivery for full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the return authorization form provided during the online process.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
